Philadelphia Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Richard Eidelson
Richard V. Eidelson graduated Temple University School of Dentistry in 1976. He has maintained a private practice for over twenty years. He currently provides implant and cosmetic dentistry along with all other dental services. Dr. Eidelson was an assistant clinical professor in oral medicine from 1996-1998 at Temple University School of Dentistry. He was Vice President of Temple University School of Dentistry's Alumni Board. He has recently received a Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Eidelson graduated UCLA's postgraduate certificate program on implant dentistry in 2004. In 1999, Dr. Eidelson graduated the certificate program in Aesthetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota. He has participated in the Harvard School of Dental Medicine's Professional Development Program. Dr. Eidelson is a father and a concerned member of the community. He served as president of the Rotary Club of Bala Cynwyd-Narberth in 1999-2000 where he initiated many new projects. He also is a former member of The Cosmetic Consortium, Eastern Dental Society, The Academy of General Dentistry and The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. What is F.A.G.D.? Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry or F.A.G.D. is an award earned by dentists passing a four hundred question exam and must have a minimum of five hundred approved continuing education credits. A council of the Academy of General Dentistry reviews each individual application for the Fellowship Award as standards of the Academy of General Dentistry must be met on dental education before continuing the award process. Obtaining the Fellowship Award is a challenge however, it is a great achievement. FAGD dentists provide top quality dental care for patients through their continuation of education, learning new techniques and latest developments in dentistry. Meet Heather our hygienist. Heather has been providing services for our patients for over six years. Heather graduated from Harcum College in Pennsylvania and has been in the dental field for over ten years. Heather is very knowledgeable in her profession and provides top quality dental hygiene services to all patients. She takes time to explain your oral hygiene conditions and how to maintain excellent oral health after full periodontal charting and review of your x-rays. Heather is very friendly and gentle this is why our patients absolutely love her! We constantly hear from our patients that this is the best hygienist they have had treating them. You will find Heather to have a unique personality and her love of what she does will be very obvious the minute you meet her.
Meet Tefta, our dental assistant. Tefta is Dr. Eidelson's dental assistant and provides gentle care for all her patients and assists in complex dental implants and cosmetic procedures. Tefta is a key part of our excellent team!
Meet Candi, our dental assistant. Candi has been providing dental assistance to Dr. Eidelson for over two years. Candi is a very diligent worker who also goes beyond her position as a dental assistant. Her energy and motivation will be refreshing and will really make your dental experience a pleasure!

Melissa is a magician in solving your dental problems which can be frustrating at times with insurances, complex procedures, and communicates what Dr. Eidelson's treatment plan is in detail. We constantly hear that Melissa at our front desk is the most unique personality that our patients have ever experienced in the dental field. Melissa has been working for Philadelphia Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Eidelson for three years and enjoys her professional relationship with our staff and patients.
