Took my daughter for a second option and OMG thank God we did. This office was so kind, accommodating and sensitive to not only our need for a second opinion but my daughter's severe anxiety surrounding the dentist. They were able to review and educate her on proper hygiene and identify what she did and did not need. Saved us so much on work we were pretty sure was unnecessary and identifiable work required that was missed.Don't waste your time or money on places who pressure you and make an urgency and offer discounts to talk you into doing anything you are uncomfortable with. Just go here and save yourself time and anxiety. Plus, you get quality work and exceptional expertise!

I am so grateful to have found Dr Eidelson and his amazing team! I found Dr Eidelson in panic after being told that I had gum disease, needed a LANAP treatment and got quoted 10k by an emergency dentist in Philadelphia. Dr Eidelson and Heather quickly calmed me down, throughly evaluated my situation and created an affordable treatment plan that worked for me. Fast forward 20 days, and after completing the full treatment, I feel a thousand times better! Both Dr. Eidelson and Heather were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. I recently had a complicated dental bridge implemented by Dr. Eidelson and it worked out extremely well. I also like Dr. Eidelson because he continues to enhance his skills through on going education and his willingness to adapt to new technology in his practice. I visited Dr. Eidelson to replace 10 upper crowns that had been done by another dental practice and did not meet my expectations. I am very particular about my teeth, and Dr. Eidelson worked closely with me over the course of more than a year, through several iterations of the crowns, to ensure all of my concerns were fully addressed. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with the results. I appreciated Dr. Eidelson's friendly demeanor and sense of humor. Additionally, the entire staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and made the overall experience very comfortable.

Dr Eidelson is the best out there. Many dental practices have changed their business model to a less patient focused practice and are driven by profit because they are commission structured instead of patient focused. You want your dentist to know you and treat you as a patient instead of just a customer. This is why I continue driving well over 30 minutes to continue going to his practice.

Disappointed that Heather called out when I scheduled my periodontal cleaning months ago on the Saturday she would be working. Meg informed me it was an important call-out because Heather's son won an award - all good with me! Katie did a fantastic job and my next appointment for cleaning I requested either Heather or Katie if she's working that Saturday. I can't say anything but good things about this place and dentist. Dr. Smooth, as the lady at the front desk calls him, he is an extremely patient dr especially when dealing with me due to my dentist phobia. He's kind and down to earth. He's does his best which is an amazing job at making people feel comfortable. I came in not wanting to smile to leaving being able to smile. Plenty more work to go but great start. I'm not excited to get the work done but is excited at what I can see the outcome being. Thanks Dr. Eidelson!!

Dr Eidelson is really a great dentist i had work done by him recently I needed a bridge and he was extremely professional and personable the staff all of them are fantastic and very professional and as the Dr they all take pride in there work . My wife had her dentures put in by them after over 10 yrs of trying to get proper dentures and onr day I had a front tooth missing and Dr eidelson said u are not leaving like that and made a temporary tooth . I didn't even have an appointment and he said it a holiday gift . Never have I been to a dentist like him I have a fear of dentists and he and his staff make sure u are pain-free during the procedures and the work is done right the first time .my wife and I live in the Poconos and we travel 2 hrs to see him we trust him and his prices are very reasonable and the work is done to perfection.i want to thank the Dr and staff for making my wife great dentures and fixing my front teeth it is well worth the trip to see them

Dr. Richard Eidelson is the best! I contacted him with intense tooth pain and he was able to see me pretty quickly. I told him I did not have dental insurance at the time. He examined me and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal. His reception called for me and there was a wait time of a week, he got on the phone personally and told them the severity of the pain and I was seen in two days. He also negotiated on the phone a lower rate for me because of my lack of health insurance. I saw him for follow up appointments, NOW got my insurance, and he's been nothing but helpful & great. He provides his cell phone for emergency texting and is always responsive. Some dentists are impossible to get ahold of, but not him. His staff is really great too. I never feel pressured into unnecessary procedures (like I have in the past with other doctors). Highly recommend!!!

I started going to Dr. Eidelson more thank a decade ago with a dental emergency. He was able to see me right away. Great teeth don't run in my family. Ever since my first visit Dr. Eidelson has gone above and beyond to transform my difficult teeth into something I can be confident in. With his great team of extremely competent dental assistants, hygienists, and dental surgeons he has been able to solve every issue that has arisen. This includes fillings, crowns, and implants all without changing offices. He has been so great that I got my husband to receive his gingivitis treatment in his office. I am confident that Dr. Eidelson always has my best interests in mind and he has been flexible in the past when money was tight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have had a whole lot of dental work in my life, and I recently had a couple of crowns done at another dentist that resulted in a very annoying lingering sensitivity. When we identified yet another molar that needed significant work, I sought out Dr. Eidelson for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Eidelson managed to work effectively and conservatively on the problem tooth (following major maxillofacial surgery as a child, some of my back teeth can be particularly hard for a dentist to reach, so that's no small feat). He and his team created an inlay same-day on a very cool 3-D carving tool that saved me from needing a crown, and they all even stayed late to work on it. I've since had absolutely no pain from the tooth, which has really delighted and surprised me. Another new loyal patient recommending Main Street Dental to my friends!

While traveling to Philadelphia, I had a dental emergency where my tooth cracked and fell out. I called Dr. Eidelson's office and he got on the phone with me right away to help me decide what to do. He then got me into his office right away and treated me with a great deal of care and compassion. The rest of his staff was also incredibly kind. They solved my problem quickly and expertly. Almost two years ago, I fell in a workplace accident and totally knocked out 6 of my bottom teeth. I wandered into Dr. Eidelson's office bloodied and with no idea what to do. He took the time that day (without knowing me or any assurance I would be become his patient) to consult me on what to do, calm me down, and assure me that things would be okay moving forward. And although that day i wound up in the ER, i returned to him as soon as possible to begin a year and a half long process to place 3 implants and restore my smile. There were numerous occasions where Dr. Eidelson and his team went way beyond their job requirements to make me feel comfortable, see me with no notice if something was wrong, deal with my confusing insurance situation, fix or treat me no questions asked on the spot, etc. I never once felt with him or any member of his team that they weren't doing everything possible to take care of me. I truly felt like i was being treated as they would treat a member of their family. I'm in my twenties, so when this accident happened it was such a bummer with so much anxiety. But looking back now, Ive been left with an amazing permanently restored smile, and outstanding treatment through many periods of uncertainty. I can say with full confidence that everyone here is putting the patients care above all else! I don't know how I would have made it through all this without them. I'll be coming here as long as Doc and team are in practice. Thank you all so much!!!!!
